General Information

• Check in is 1 pm and Check out is 11 am.
• Crystal Lake is a spring fed lake which is where we get our drinking water from without chlorination or filtration.  However,  it is a Ministry requirement that you boil the water for 1 minute before consuming as it is open water.  You will find a boil water advisory posted in the bathrooms and the shower houses.  
• Motorized vehicles such as dirt bikes, 4 wheelers etc., are not permitted on the campground property; regardless of the size.  
• Gas powered motors are not allowed on Crystal Lake.  
• WIFI is available in all locations with the exception of  the 'no service sites' where it may not be as consistent.  
• Firewood, ice, and ice cream can be purchased at the office.  For grocery/hardware supplies, there is a CO-OP store located 6 kms east of Crystal Lake Campground in Vermilion Bay.
• Facilities - For those of you that are wondering, we have clean, modernized bathrooms (with flushable toilets), touchless soap and hand towel dispensers.  Showers are included in site fee and are equipped same as bathrooms and yes hot water!  A laundry room with a coin operated washer and dryer is also available on site.

Even though some pets are very well mannered and trained, in order for us to allow pets on our grounds, the following guidelines are set in place to ensure safety and respect for all guests.  We ask that all pet owners respect what we ask of them regarding their pets.   

• Pets are not allowed on the beach, trail or in any of the buildings.  Pets are allowed on your site and in the designated pet area only. 
• Pets are to be leashed at all times.  This means on your site as well as in the designated pet area.  
• Do not allow your leash to extend into another person's site; keep on your site only.   
• If your dog is barking, we ask that you please get control of the situation promptly and if it does not stop, please put your dog in your unit until the barking stops.
• Please do not allow your pet (big or small) on the picnic tables.

Please respect the pet owner and pet and always ask before approaching pets if okay to do so.  Don't assume that all pets want your attention.  Be mindful of the pet and its owner.
